Young Harris College will wrap up play in the YHC Invitational with a 7:30 p.m. contest against Florida Southern College. Lees-McRae College and Saint Leo University will start the day with a 5 p.m. match. Tickets are $6 for adults, $3 for children (ages 7-13) and free for children, ages six and under. YHC students, faculty and staff will be admitted for free with a valid YHC ID.
Based in Los Angeles, concept artist Livio Ramondelli’s impressive list of credits includes the comic books “Transformers: Autocracy and Monstrosity” and “Transformers: Chaos, Robots in Disguise,” as well as covers for “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles,” “G.I. Joe,” and “30 Days of Night.” He often provides art and designs for Google, Hasbro, and Upper Deck, and previously worked for world-renowned artist Jim Lee at WildStorm/DC Comics.

Young Harris College students Patrick Silcox, Samantha Jones and Natalee Diehl will present a special showing of social justice advocate Bryan Stevenson's speech "We Need to Talk about an Injustice." The group will also present materials from Vanderbilt University's "Re-Visioning Justice in America" conference. Sponsored by YHC's Center for Appalachian Studies and Community Engagement, this free event is open to the public.
