Everyman Wednesday, February 22 7:00 PM @ Dobbs Theatre

This beautiful Medieval morality play examines the question of Christian salvation: What is it and what must Everyman do to obtain it? Originally performed in 1510, the Theatre Young Harris production of Everyman injects the play with a modern, steampunk sensibility that breathes new life into this ancient play.

Dalton State University's Tammy K. Byron, Ph.D., will present a lecture titled "Somewhere a Real Bible: African American Slaves and Christian Religious Instruction in the Antebellum South" as part of the Black History Month Lecture Series sponsored by the Department of History.
