Ethel Winters Contributes to Young Harris College Local Scholarship Campaign

YOUNG HARRIS, Ga. – Young Harris College recently received a gift from long-time donor Ethel Winters of Hiawassee, Ga., as a contribution to the Edward W. Winters Scholarship, which was established in honor of her late husband to benefit the College’s Local Scholarship Campaign.

The Local Scholarship Campaign provides scholarship funding for nearly 250 local students attending YHC from Fannin, Gilmer, Pickens, Rabun, Towns and Union counties in Georgia and Cherokee and Clay counties in North Carolina.
