Now offering a Bachelor of Arts in Musical Theatre and Theatre.

Throughout its history, Young Harris College has maintained a strong commitment to the arts.

The College offers a Bachelor of Arts in Music and the Associate of Fine Arts Degree with concentrations in the areas of Art, Musical Theatre, and Theatre; however, all Young Harris students are encouraged to participate in the activities of the Division of Fine Arts, regardless of major.

The Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Music is designed to prepare musician-scholars for a variety of music-related careers and for graduate study in music or other appropriate fields.  The degree provides this focus on music in the context of a liberal arts curriculum that includes a broad program of general studies.

Several exciting travel opportunities are available through the Division of Fine Arts. The Theatre Department sponsors a London Tour during spring break of odd-numbered years. The Music Department sponsors a New York Tour during spring break of even-numbered years. The Art and Music Departments sponsor a European Tour from May-June of odd-numbered years.
