Everyone has been inspired and captivated at one point by the movie industry. Now, Young Harris College offers students the opportunity to learn not only film history, but also how to analyze and even create the great cinematic events of tomorrow. YHC's new cinematic arts minor gives students the opportunity to study American and international films and filmmakers as well as the creative and physical production processes.
Students studying cinematic arts will have the opportunity to forge their own creations from the ground up utilizing the same sophisticated hardware and software available to artists making professional movies and multimedia projects. Our faculty includes current working professionals from both sides of the camera. At YHC, you always have small classes with personal attention that is simply not available at larger institutions.
Take advantage of this dynamic new minor, and enrich your major with one of the fastest evolving and most evocative forms of expression available in our modern world.
