Kevin P. Miller came to Young Harris College in the fall of 2009. Mr. Miller received his B.A. in biology from Goshen College in Goshen, Ind., in 1997 and his M.S. in entomology from The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio, in 2004. Mr. Miller teaches introductory biology labs, entomology and organismal biology. He is also the faculty biology tutor for the Academic Success Center. Mr. Miller’s interests include: insects, especially beetles of the family Silphidae (carrion beetles); working in the YHC Predatory Beetle lab on campus; and spending time with his wife, Dr. Leigh Miller (who teaches music at YHC), and son.
