YHC Campus Web

Students may now access course offerings on the YHC Campus Web.  Simply click on Guest.  Then you may search for courses.  On the left navigation bar – click on Course Search.

Default term will be current term.  If you desire to view courses for another term – in selected term – drop down window – select term you wish and click on CHANGE.

Scroll down to Detailed Search for Courses window.  Select department – for instance “ENG.”  Then click on SEARCH.  This will bring up all courses in that department for the term.  This window shows the name of the course, instructor, credit hours,  seats open (red dot indicates closed) and days and times the course meets.  Click on the course to see further information about the course.  Click on the instructor's name to see other courses taught by that instructor.

You may refine your search by selecting certain days of the week or times of day – open classes only, etc.  To access this page, please click here.

NSC Enrollment Verification

Students may now obtain enrollment information directly from the Student Clearinghouse.  There is no fee and the service is available around the clock.  Using Student Self-Service, you can print enrollment verification certifications, view your enrollment history and enrollment verifications provided at your request, check loan deferments sent to your lenders, and link to real-time information on your student loans. You can access Student Self-Service by logging onto Campus Web, using your student logon and password.

(Please be aware that enrollment status of students is reported to the Clearinghouse 2 weeks after the beginning of the semester, 1 week after mid-term, and at the end of the semester.   Therefore, if your student withdraws from a class and is enrolled less than 12 hours it may affect their status with your insurance company.  When a student reaches the age of 19 they must be enrolled full time in college to remain on their parent’s insurance policy.)
