Foster earned a B.S. in Criminal Justice from North Georgia College and State University (NGCSU) in 2006 and a M.P.A. focusing in Criminal Justice Administration from NGCSU in 2007. She is currently a graduate student working on a Ph.D. in Criminology and Criminal Justice at the University of South Carolina. Her professional interests are the 4th, 5th and 6th Amendments to the United States Constitution.
