The Administration of Young Harris College consists of the President, Provost/ Vice President for Academic Services, Vice President for Student Services/ Dean of Students, Vice President for Enrollment Management, Vice President for Finance, Vice President for Planning, Assessment and Registration and the Vice President for Institutional Advancement. These departmental directors lead each area of the college in providing programs, services, and facilities conducive to the learning process accommodating the diverse educational, recreational, and cultural interests of both the Young Harris College students and the general public.

The offices of the President, Provost, V.P. for Enrollment Management, V.P. for Finance, V.P. for Planning, Assessment and Registration, and the V.P. for Institutional Advancement are located in the Pruitt Barrett Administration Building. The Dean of Students' Office is located on the top floor of the Myers Student Center in Sharp Hall. These offices are open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday or by appointment.
