The Administration of Young Harris College consists of the President, Provost, Vice President for Academic Services, Vice President for Student Services/Dean of Students, Vice President for Enrollment Management, Vice President for Finance, Vice President for Planning, Assessment and Registration and the Vice President for Advancement. These departmental directors lead each area of the college in providing programs, services, and facilities conducive to the learning process accommodating the diverse educational, recreational, and cultural interests of both the Young Harris College students and the general public.

The offices of the President, Provost, Academic Affairs and Advancement are located on the second floor of Sharp Hall. The offices of Enrollment Management/Admissions, Finance and Student Development are located in Pruitt-Barrett Administration Building. These offices are open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday or by appointment.
