>> Second Shotgun, Back by Popular Demand
The 2008 Clay Dotson Open will again feature a second shotgun. Players may choose between the 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. shotguns, which will be available on a first come, first served basis. Golfers may also have the option to play in both shotguns (36 holes), if space is still available two weeks prior to the event. Those playing both times can do so for $300 per player. Golfers from both shotguns will have the opportunity to bid on the silent auction items between 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. An abundance of door prizes will be given away during this time, too! Awards for the morning shotgun will be presented at 2 p.m., following lunch. Awards for the afternoon shotgun will be presented at the conclusion of play.
