Cathy Cox Featured Speaker at Recent Lake Chatuge/Hiawassee Rotary Club Meeting

Cathy Cox, president of Young Harris College, was the featured speaker at the November 27 Towns County Rotary Club meeting, held at the Old Hiawassee Grill.  During her address to Rotary members, Cox said, “Young Harris College is proud to be a part of such a supportive community.”  She went on to outline the college’s plans for its impending four-year transition.

After the meeting, Duane Miller, a member of the YHC Board of Associates and the Lake Chatuge/Hiawassee Rotary Club, presented president Cox with a donation of $500.00 to support local scholarships.
