Almost 20 years ago, Sharp Memorial United Methodist Church began a series of programs for our congregation and the Young Harris College student body, featuring each year a speaker who has dedicated his or her life to working in some type of ministry with the poor. This program seeks to inspire the students and all of us to include service in our lives.  This year, on Nov. 7, we invite you to come hear “Modern Day Saint” Dr. William C. Warren, director of the Good Samaritan Health Center in Atlanta.  The program will be held at the Susan B. Harris Chapel on campus, at 7:00 PM.  Come and be inspired!
