Welcome to the Department of Information Technology

The ITECH Department implements and maintains all computer technology on campus. Young Harris College offers a wide variety of resources for faculty, staff, and students. There are two traditional computer labs and one wireless lab located on campus. In the Library are additional desktop and laptop computers connected to a high-quality printer. There are sixteen smart classrooms located in various academic buildings, each with computer, sound, and video projection systems. All college computers are connected to the YHC Data Network. YHC-Net provides users with access to the Internet, e-mail, and campus servers. Every residence hall room is equipped with network ports for student network access.
