Databases |
ITECH will be restarting our main campus database server at 4:30pm this evening to apply the latest security releases from Microsoft. Downtime is expected to be 30 minutes or less. During this time, access to the following resources will be unavailable: Jenzabar EX, Jenzabar EX Web (MyCampus), PowerFAIDs, and Blackbaud (AFN and Raiser’s Edge).

Student Email |
ITECH will be performing maintenance on our main student email server between 5:00 - 6:00PM this evening. During this time access to the student email system will be unavailable.

Student Email |
ITECH will be performing maintenance on our main student email server between 9:00 - 9:20PM this evening. During this time access to the student email system will be unavailable.

Faculty/Staff Web-Based Email |
ITECH will be replacing a faulty cooling fan in our web-based email server this afternoon at 4:30PM. Doing so will require the shutdown of this server. During this time, access to the web-based email system will be unavailable. Expected downtime is around 30 minutes.

ITECH will be performing maintenance and repairing a failed service on our main faculty/staff email server this evening. During the 1hr expected downtime, access to the electronic helpdesk and email - through both Outlook and Outlook Web Access - will be temporarily unavailable.

ITECH will be performing maintenance on our main Internet Firewall between 5:00 - 6:30PM this evening. During this time users may experience intermittent loss of Internet connectivity. |
