Mountain Lions Commit To 4-yr Programs

Mountain Lions Sign Early
Young Harris College has had eight (8) sophomores commit early. They have chosen to continue their athletic and academic careers at the Division I level. Michael Hornsby, Grimes Medlin, and Stephen McCray have all committed with schools that participate in the Southeastern Conference. Trevor Collias will be heading to the Southern Conference, while Ryan Moore will be going to the Colonial Athletic Association. Stephen Jenkins is going to be playing the Atlantic Sun. Mark Swanson will be heading to the Big South, while infielder Michael Glantz will be heading to the Big Ten.

Michael Hornsby made his verbal commitment early this fall to play for the University of Tennessee. Grimes Medlin announced that he will be furthering his career under the tutelage of Ray Tanner and the University of South Carolina. After an outstanding freshman campaign, Stephen McCray has decided to take his athletic talents to the University of Tennessee. Trevor Collias will be playing for the winningest program in Southern Conference history, Western Carolina. Ryan Moore will be playing for Coach Frady and the Geogia State Panthers. Stephen Jenkins is heading to Macon to play for the Mercer University Bears. Mark Swanson will be joining up with Coach Boles again at Liberty University, one of the top tier programs in the Big South. Michael Glantz will be heading north to Happy Valley as a member of the Penn State University Nittany Lions.
