The NJCAA recognized Matthew Hemingway and Jonathan King as Distinguished Academic All-American honors. This award is given to those special athletes that not only excel on the field, but those who excel in the classroom as well. Recipients must have a combined GPA of 3.8 or above for their four semesters at Young Harris College. Currently, Matthew is playing at Furman University, and Jonathan is continuing his career at Georgia Southern University.
