Young Harris Alumna, Alli Hillman, enters her first year of coaching as she leads the 2007-2008 Lady Mountain Lions in Region XVII competition. The Augusta, GA native played for the Westminster Wildcats and was named MVP her junior and senior years. Coach Hillman was a member of the 2004 Young Harris Region Champion team that competed in the national tournament at College Station, Texas. As a sophomore Hillman held the number two singles and number one doubles spots as her team place second in the region. After graduating from Young Harris College in 2005, she played at Palm Beach Atlantic University in West Palm Beach, FL. There she competed at the very competitive NCAA Division II level against talented players from all across the state of Florida. Coach Hillman's goals are to continually build the Young Harris tennis program and equip players to successfully compete at the next level.
