The College expects its Employees to be ethical in their conduct, to carefully follow all laws and regulations, and to have the highest standards of conduct and personal integrity.
Our continued success depends on our Students' trust. Employees owe a duty to the College and its Students to act in ways that will earn the continued trust and confidence of our Students, as well as, the public.
Accordingly, the College expects its Employees to conduct themselves professionally, courteously, and at all times in a manner which reflects positively on the College. The College expects its Employees to be truthful in all matters.
If you are not sure if an action is ethical or proper, you should discuss the matter with your Supervisor. You may also contact the Human Resources Director for advice and consultation.
Employees who do not comply with the College's standards of ethics and conduct may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
Employees must decline or return any gift or gratuity valued in excess of fifty dollars ($50) from any vendor, supplier, or other person doing business with the College. In doing so, please explain that the College prohibits Employees from accepting gifts or gratuities to ensure that decisions, transactions, and services are provided on an objective and professional basis.
