Policy

Immigration Law Compliance

The College does not discriminate against Employees or prospective Employees because of their citizenship or national origin, but is committed to employing only individuals legally authorized to work in the United States.

Because the College complies with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, every new Employee is required to complete an Employment Eligibility Verification Form I-9 and provide documents that establish identity and employment eligibility.

If you leave the College and are rehired, you must complete another Form I-9 if your previous form is more than three years old, or is no longer accurate.

If you have questions concerning the College's work authorization requirements, contact the Human Resources Director. You will not be retaliated against in any way for inquiring.
