Paydays

Non-Exempt Employees are paid weekly every Friday. Exempt Employees are paid monthly on the last working day of the month. Each paycheck includes pay for all work performed through the end of the previous payroll period.

If a payday falls on a weekend or holiday, you will be paid on the last work day before that payday.

If you are on vacation on payday, you will get your paycheck when you return.

The College encourages all Employees to use its direct deposit program. Direct deposit means that on the payday, the College will deposit your pay directly into your bank account if you authorize it. On paydays, instead a check, you will receive a statement explaining how much you were paid, what deductions were made and other information about your pay. Note: Direct deposits will be deposited on the normally scheduled payday and not in advance. Exceptions will only be made at the College's discretion based on the calendar and holiday schedules. There should be no expectation of receiving a direct deposit paycheck before the regularly scheduled payday. Any exceptions will be announced and defined by payroll.
