Use of Phone and Mail Systems

If you make personal calls on College business phones, the College may require that you pay for any charges.

You may not use College postage or metering for your personal mail, since it is intended only for official business-related mail.

Our telephone communications are an important reflection of our image to customers and the community. Always use proper telephone etiquette. Employees should use the approved greeting, speak courteously and professionally, repeat information back to the caller, and only hang up after the caller hangs up.
