Pratt Dickson and Byron Herbert Reece became correspondents, and the letters Reece wrote Dickson are now part of the Young Harris College Reece Collection. The letters span the period from late 1947 until Reece's death. The Collection also includes correspondence with Reece's editors at Dutton, and will be added as resources permit.

Frustration with finding time to write while farming. Critique of Dickson's work. Comment on Herbs.
May 2, 1950 Encouragement to Dickson. Saw Toscanini perform. Bow Down...to be published.
February 15, 1951
