Notice to Enrolled Students - A list and description of available student consumer information follows:

1. Rights under Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)- This disclosure, concerning student's education records, is detailed in the Registrar's Office. Mrs. Pat Strickland is the Registrar.

2. Federal Family Educational Loan (FFEL) deferments for Peace Corps or volunteer service. A summary of loan deferment conditions may be found in the Financial Aid Office. Mrs. Linda Adams is the Financial Aid Officer.

3. Available financial assistance - Details concerning types of financial aid, policies, procedures, forms, disbursement, cost of attendance, loans, and work-study are found in the Financial Aid Office.

4. Institutional information - Accreditation concerns will be addressed by Mrs. Rosemary Royston, Director of Institutional Research. Information about special services and facilities for disabled students will be available in the Business Office. Mr. Wade Benson is the Business Manager.

5. Completion/graduation rate and transfer-out rate - This information is available in the Registrar's Office.

6. Campus security report - Campus crime statistics for the past three years are available in the Dean of Students' Office.  A summary of the campus crime statistics of Young Harris College is contained in the Student Guide. A complete report is available in the Student Life office or can be found at OPE Campus Security Statistics.

7. Report on athletic program participation rates and financial support data -
This information may be obtained from Mr. Eric Geldart, Athletic Director.
