Anyone may use the Duckworth Library materials inside the Library building. YHC students, faculty and staff use their College-issued ID card to check out material. Community privileges are extended to persons living in Towns, Union and Fannin counties in Georgia and to Clay and Cherokee counties in North Carolina. Certain restrictions apply to different types of users. One renewal is allowed per check-out term.
