Young Harris College and the University of Georgia recently co-hosted the 22nd annual Beekeeping Institute, May 9-11.

Young Harris College conferred 146 degrees on graduates participating in the College’s commencement ceremony on May 4 in the YHC Recreation and Fitness Center.

The annual Clay Dotson Open golf tournament to benefit student scholarships at Young Harris College will be held on Monday, May 20, at Brasstown Valley Resort.

YHC's Chamber Choir will close its season with the wildly popular concert sensation “Acapalooza” on Tuesday, April 16, at 7 p.m. in Glenn Auditorium.

Young Harris College’s Theatre Young Harris will close out the Mainstage Series with seven performances of Becky’s New Car.

Admission is $6 for adults, $3 for students and free for children 12 and under. Tickets will be available at the door.

The YHC Division of Education will host the inaugural “Embracing Diversity” workshop on Saturday, April 6.

“The Ties That Bind” will represent a culmination of artwork created by senior art and English major Kyle Huneycutt, of Blairsville, Ga.

A question-and-answer session and book signing will follow a lecture by the New York Times bestselling memoirist.
