Theatre Young Harris will present an exciting new lineup of performances for the 2012-2013 season.

Fall 2012 marks the largest enrollment in the history of the College with 1,035 students on campus.

Gary L. Myers, Ph.D., has been selected as the new vice president for academic affairs and dean of the faculty at Young Harris College, YHC President Cathy Cox recently announced.

The shows are scheduled for 8:30 p.m. on the following Friday evenings: May 11, May 18, June 1, June 8, July 6, July 13 and Aug. 3.

In celebration of the launch of its Investing in the Future Capital Campaign, YHC announces a $22 million gift from the O. Wayne Rollins Foundation.

YHC will host the DeKalb Symphony Orchestra as part of the annual “Fay Harmon Clegg Hoag Concert Series.”

O. Wayne Rollins Planetarium will present the full-dome video extravaganza “Cosmic Concert: Led Zeppelin.”

Division of Fine Arts will present a special performance by guitarist Matthew Anderson, D.M.A., as part of the “Sutherland Concert Series.”

The annual Reece Lecture will feature Pulitzer Prize-winning poet and creative nonfiction author Natasha Trethewey on Thursday, March 15.
