T25 and Insanity disks can be checked out at the Welcome desk and used in available classrooms and fitness studio.

All group fitness classes will meet in the Fitness Studio located on the lower floor of the Recreation and Fitness Center.

Check with the reception desk on the top floor for schedule changes. No classes will be held during home basketball games or special events unless otherwise posted.
