The Chick-fil-A Express and Starbucks in the Rollins Campus Center provide students with exciting dining options in addition to a variety of meal plans to suit any need.
All residential students will have a meal plan that includes a set level of Dining Dollars. Commuter students will have a base plan with Dining Dollars only and are able to select any of the other meal plan options in lieu of the Commuter Plan. Additional amounts, called Flex Dollars, may be added to your campus ID card at any time.
What is the difference between Dining Dollars and Flex Dollars?
Dining Dollars are part of the meal plan you select and can be used at any campus dining facility including the Grace Rollins Dining Hall, Chick-fil-A Express and Starbucks. Dining Dollars roll over from the fall to spring semester, but not into the next academic year. They are nonrefundable.
Flex Dollars can be added to your campus ID card and may be used as cash in any of the College’s dining facilities as well as for any item purchased in the YHC Bookstore—from a T-shirt to a textbook. Unspent Flex Dollars are refundable upon request.
How is my designated amount of meals calculated?
A swipe of a campus ID card is good for one meal in the dining hall. Students are allowed one entry per meal period. Meals do not roll over from week to week.
What do I do if I use up all of my meals for the week?
If all meals are used before the week ends, additional meals can be purchased with Dining Dollars, Flex Dollars, cash or credit card.
How does late-night dining work?
Students on the Unlimited Meals plan get to enjoy late-night dining any evening. For all other plans, one late-night entry counts as a meal swipe on the campus ID card or can be purchased for $3.85 with Dining Dollars, Flex Dollars, cash or credit card.
How do I add Flex Dollars to my student account?
Unlimited Meals with $150 Dining Dollars
This is by far the best value! It’s designed for those who like to dine frequently and prefer unlimited visits to the dining hall—including late-night meals—but also like some variety in dining options.

18 Meals with $250 Dining Dollars
This plan includes 18 meals per week plus $250 Dining Dollars per semester that can be used throughout the year.

16 Meals with $300 Dining Dollars
This plan includes 16 meals per week plus $300 Dining Dollars per semester that can be used throughout the year.
$1,990 per semester
Village 10 with $250 Dining Dollars
This plan that features 10 meals in the dining hall each week is only available for residents of The Village.
$1,355 per semester
Commuter Meal Plan - $75 Dining Dollars
This base plan provides flexibility for commuting students who can spend these Dining Dollars at any campus dining facility throughout the year.
