On August 26, 2021, Young Harris College hosted the second COVID-19 vaccination clinic open to all students, faculty, and staff. Armed with incentives like free Chick-fil-A sandwiches, the Office of Student Development organized this event alongside the Towns County Health Department. The health department offered the Pfizer vaccine which is now fully FDA approved for anyone 16 years of age or older. The follow-up clinic was hosted on September 21, 2021.
