Visiting Lecturer of Political Science
Archibald J. Kielly started teaching American Government classes at YHC in Fall 2016. He teaches on campus and at YHEC locations.He gained extensive experience in government as a former Washington DC politician in two presidential administrations, US diplomat, businessman and retired military officer. He recently conducted seminars for third/fourth year and master degree political science students at the University of Barcelona, Spain. Also, seminars for third/fourth year students at the National University of Costa Rica, Central America and at the Costa Rica’s School of Diplomacy for student diplomats, diplomats, and members of the faculty. Additionally, he participated in national/international television programs discussing American politics. He also taught US foreign policy at ELTE University in Budapest, Hungary in the summer of 2017. He is currently negotiating to teach at Hebrew University in Jerusalem, Israel during the summer break. He has a Bachelor Degree from the University of Nebraska, a Master Degree from Pepperdine University, California and attended courses for senior government officials at Harvard University, Massachusetts, John F. Kennedy School of Government.
