Grants

Grants help reduce the cost of your education; unlike loans, they never need to be repaid. Most grants are awarded based on financial need.

Loans

Loans must be repaid with interest, but they give you the option to spread the cost of college over time.

Work-Study

If you qualify, work-study jobs not only help cover costs but also build valuable career experience.

YHC-Only Perks That Lighten Your Tuition Load

YHC Scholarships

Young Harris College offers 4 merit scholarship tiers between $16,000 and $20,000 with its own eligibility criteria. Prospective students will qualify for one of these awards.

Textbooks Covered by Tuition

At YHC, your tuition covers all required textbooks. You’ll start each semester with the materials you need, already paid for.

How to Apply for Financial Aid

Your financial aid is determined each year by the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid). To stay eligible, you must maintain satisfactory academic progress and demonstrate financial need annually.
