About Greek Life Recruitment
The Young Harris College Greek system currently holds one informal recruitment week each fall and one formal recruitment week each spring academic semester. After new members have accepted their bids, each one participates in an education period in which a candidate for membership in a Greek organization becomes acquainted with the organization’s purposes and goals and forms relationships with their brothers and/or sisters. Each education period is designed to be a safe environment for our students and lasts no longer than 6 weeks each semester.
