Special Events

Spiritual Life Retreat

This annual event takes place each fall and is open to the entire campus community.

Hard Questions Study Group

The Hard Questions Study Group is a group that meets both virtually and in person. Virtually, it exists as a Facebook discussion group, considering the harder questions of faith. Once a week, the group gathers in the real world to discuss those questions and push our conceptualizations of the faith.

Mission Trips, Service Projects and Retreats

During the course of the year, the Office of Religious Life organizes many mission and service opportunities, including local volunteer work, hosting a campus-wide CROP WALK to fight hunger, a spring break building mission trip and the annual Spiritual Life Retreat at the beginning of the school year.

Lectures and Panels

Each year, the Office of Religious Life sponsors lecture series and panel discussions. Topics range from religious pluralism, Christianity and healthcare, the environment and capital punishment.
