Kelly Scaggs joins Young Harris College as a new counselor, from Murphy, NC. She is a licensed social worker with more than 15 years experience, and loves connecting with people and helping them navigate life’s challenges. She has two wonderful kids, ages 19 and 25, and is a proud dog mom to a Frenchie Shitsu mix named Turner.
