Politics in Great Britain
Students explored British politics and government through a faculty-led study abroad experience in Great Britain. The program complemented coursework in political science and public policy through visits to key historical and contemporary institutions, including the British Parliament, Scottish Parliament, Old Bailey, Edinburgh Castle, and the Tower of London.
Biology in Britain
This faculty-led biology program examined major scientific discoveries and advancements in Britain. Students connected classroom learning with visits to significant sites such as Cambridge University, Kew Gardens, Darwin’s home, the National Museum of Scotland, and the Eden Project in Cornwall.
Music in Europe
Students explored the rich musical heritage of Central Europe through a faculty-led study abroad experience. The academic journey included visits to Prague, Vienna, Salzburg, and Venice, where students studied the lives and legacies of influential composers while engaging with historic performance venues and cultural landmarks.
Exchange Programs
Konkuk University in Seoul, Korea
Spend the summer studying in Seoul, South Korea. Konkuk University (KU) offers a four-week international summer program for students from all disciplines. Courses include “Current Issues of the Global Economy,” “International Corporate Finance,” “Introduction to Korean Culture” and “Apparel and Human Behavior.” All classes are small and taught in English. Students can also spend a full semester at Konkuk University through the Exchange Student Program.
The Irish-American Scholars Program
Spend one or two semesters at a university or college in Northern Ireland, tuition free. Each fall, the Association representative for your college will write to U.S. college presidents, inviting up to three applications from students who have a GPA of 3.2 or above. Students are then considered for a place at a Northern Ireland institution. Please note that American students must cover their own living and other costs while in Northern Ireland.

Harlaxton College
Grantham, Lincolnshire, United Kingdom
Harlaxton College serves as the British campus of the University of Evansville in Indiana. It is one of the finest study-abroad campuses in the world and consists of a 100-room Grade I listed Victorian manor house in the English Midlands. The manor features a Great Hall, Long Gallery and Conservatory, among other beautiful architectural features. Approximately 175 undergraduate college students attend Harlaxton each semester. YHC students may study at Harlaxton for the summer, one semester or a full academic year.
Pompeu Fabra University
Barcelona, Spain
Pompeu Fabra University (PFU) is a modern and highly prestigious public university. It was founded in 1990 and is located in the heart of Barcelona. This university is widely considered to be one of the best academic institutions in Spain and on the European continent. YHC students may study at PFU for the summer, one semester or a full academic year.
