About Marketing at Young Harris College

Marketing prepares you to continue your studies at the graduate level or go straight into your career. Entry-level marketers may find themselves managing the brand image for products and services, analyzing customer product usage rates for a company, and managing digital and traditional media promotion for a brand.

To graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from YHC, you’ll take 120 hours of coursework.

This course analyzes the theories and decision-making processes that characterize the behavior of consumers and their purchasing motivations under varying conditions of economic, environmental, psychological, and cultural influence. The marketing approach considerations of the marketing manager to address these behaviors are examined.
