Claudia Zilke joined Young Harris College as Career Engagement Specialist, where she supports students in developing career readiness skills, exploring career pathways, and connecting academic experiences to professional opportunities. As both an alumna and staff member, she is deeply committed to student success and the transformative impact of a Young Harris College education. Claudia provides career coaching, helps students identify experiential learning opportunities, and coordinates career-focused programs and events that enhance student engagement. She collaborates with faculty, staff, and employers to strengthen career development initiatives and empower students to confidently pursue their goals. Through a student-centered approach, Claudia helps students build meaningful connections between their education and future careers.
