YOUNG HARRIS, Ga. — Young Harris College recently welcomed the 2021 Leadership Union class to its campus. Leadership Union is a program of the Blairsville-Union County Chamber of Commerce. The purpose of the program is to develop leaders in the area to reach a higher quality of community life.

During Leadership Union’s visit to YHC, class members received a campus tour. Dr. Drew L. Van Horn, president of the College, provided an overview of YHC’s history, mission, goals and current programs.

After dinner, YHC’s Dean of the Division of Professional Studies, Dr. Todd Jones, presented on organizational leadership and ethics. The class reviewed case studies and participated in group discussion on the topic.
