Young Harris College has its institutional accreditation by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC). YHC has been a SACSCOC institution since 1938, and most recently earned reaffirmation of its accreditation by SACSCOC in 2021.

WHY ACCREDITATION IS IMPORTANT TO YOUNG HARRIS COLLEGE

A SACSCOC institution since 1938, Young Harris College most recently earned reaffirmation of its accreditation by SACSCOC in 2011.
