About Management at Young Harris College

Management is one of several Professional Studies degrees offered at YHC. Professional Studies majors are all built on the same liberal arts core and common business core. These majors have been designed with the intent to allow students to double major, and students are encouraged to do so.

Management degree requirements

To graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Management from YHC, you’ll take 120 hours of coursework.

ECON 3115 Managerial Economics:

This course teaches how to optimize business decisions given the firm’s objectives and constraints imposed by scarcity. Selected topics include: demand estimation and forecasting, production and cost theory, cost estimation and forecasting, pricing decisions, and government regulations.
