Program Length

The program is divided into three semesters: summer, fall, and spring. The fall and spring semesters are divided into two sections: Fall A & B and Spring A & B. Students will only take two classes at a time.

Admission Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited Institution. 2.75 GPA. Applicants below a 2.75 have the opportunity to receive a Conditional Admission based off experience and cover letter. 
  • Cover Letter Explaining Your Interest and Professional Goals.

MSLS 5120: Supervising Groups and Teams (3 hours)

MSLS 5125: Coaching for Increased Employee Performance (3 hours) 

MSLS 5210: Negotiation and Conflict Management (3 hours)

MSLS 5215: Critical Decision Making and Ethical Judgment (3 hours)

MSLS 5220: Action Learning and Research Methods (3 hours)

MSLS 5990: Action Learning and Research Capstone (4 hours)

Instruction Format

The Master of Science in Leadership and Supervision is delivered 100% asynchronously online.  

Cost

The Master of Science in Supervision and Leadership tuition is $13,000. The student fee is $500 including assessments.
