YOUNG HARRIS, Ga. — Young Harris College invites the community to December shows at the O. Wayne Rollins Planetarium. The Planetarium is housed in the Maxwell Center for Mathematics and Sciences on the YHC campus, which is located at 1 College Street, Young Harris, Georgia.
On Tuesday, November 29, Young Harris College was notified that Omicron Delta Kappa (ODK) was approving the College’s Charter for a Circle on its campus.

Young Harris College President Dr. Drew Van Horn was recently recognized as one of three new Distinguished Alumni by Elon College, the College of Arts and Sciences, for his contributions to public health, the arts, and education, and for embodying the College’s core values. Elon College, as it was known when Van Horn was a student, is now known as Elon University.
The O. Wayne Rollins Planetarium at Young Harris College will host “Moons: Worlds of Mystery” this Friday, September 9 at 8 p.m., and Friday, September 23 at 8 p.m.
